Happy Halloween, Dillon Brooks.
Chef Stephen Curry torched Brooks on Sunday night with unbelievable moves that instantly went viral on social media during the Golden State Warriors’ 106-95 road win against the Houston Rockets.
Curry then responded with a shocked look while running down the court that will be seen over and over for years to come.
Brooks is one of the biggest loudmouths in the NBA and was humiliated by LeBron James last year.
The veteran small forward, who was coldly cast aside by Memphis last offseason, couldn’t back it up against Curry.
The greatest shooter in NBA history made four moves against Brooks that had the new Rocket looking completely lost and hopeless on the hardwood.
After Curry finally stopped dancing around Brooks, the Warrior pulled up for a classic 3-pointer.
Then the real magic began.
The artist Curry placed his hands over his face in pure disbelief following his masterpiece, bringing to life Edvard Munch’s The Scream – just in time for spooky season.
All Brooks could do was silently stare back as Curry finished with 24 points and Golden State improved to 2-1.
“Stop that Steph,” said one stunned fan on X, formerly known as Twitter.
Another yelled: “MAN HAS THE SAUCE.”
A third added: “Curry making the self-proclaimed ‘best defender in the world’ dance.”
Meanwhile, a fourth chimed in: “Yeah that’s insane, it being on Brooks makes so much better too.”
The Rockets are still winless and Brooks did himself no favors on Sunday.
“We know what he’s about and his reputation,” Curry said. “I don’t get caught up in that. I just play basketball. You obviously let the game do the talking.”
Brooks has now been humbled by James and cooked by Curry.
No wonder the Warriors great ran down the court expressing complete shock at how badly Brooks was torched.
