Thomas J. Henry’s $7.5 million Dominion sale to Jordan Clarkson of the Utah Jazz

Thomas J. Henry’s Dominion home, which was 10,106 square feet in size, sold last week for the asking price of $7.5 million.

 

Public documents show that professional basketball star Jordan Clarkson’s business, JClarkson Enterprises LLC, purchased the Crescent Park residence. JClarkson Enterprises, LLC borrowed $3.78 million from City National Bank, although the exact acquisition price is unknown.

A ‘nothing short of amazing’ estate in Dominion is on the market for $6.9M, which you might find interesting.

 

The three-story mansion, which was completed in 2008, is situated on a 1.12-acre lot and was advertised as having “large-scale” partying capacities. There are five bedrooms and six full bathrooms as well as a half bathroom in this home. There’s a huge game room and theater room with stadium seating and a hardwood concession bar, as well as an in-house elevator and outside access from the master suite’s spa-like shower.

 

An outdoor infinity pool and spa, Viking gas grill, and Italian wood-burning pizza oven may all be found on the premises. A separate casita features a full bar, sitting area, and restroom.

Clarkson, the point guard for the Utah Jazz, was born and raised in San Antonio and attended Wagner High. As of 2015, Clarkson no longer wears his high school jersey. After averaging a career-high 18.4 points per game in 2021, Clarkson was honored as the NBA’s Sixth Man of the Year.

According to public records, Clarkson also owns a number of properties in the San Antonio area.
